Hello everyone! Sorry for being MIA for the past few weeks, but i'm back to make another blog review for my amazing readers out there ^_^.
I know some of you have a lot of eyeshadows that comes in individual pans, or in every palette you have and some may come in matte to shimmer forms but today I wanna share these beautiful mineral eyeshadows that I recently purchased from VIRGINIA OLSEN

For the packaging the mineral eyeshadows comes in small cube containers which has a silver cap on top with the brands name on. And on the bottom has their each specific names for the mineral eyeshadows:
Each Mineral eyeshadow cost Php 165.00 only.
According to their website Virginia Olsen's mineral makeup are 100 % natural, paraben free, bismuth and talc free, it's pure mineral makeup thats suitable for any woman of age and great for any skin type.

Their formulations are calming to the skin, making them ideal for women prone to sensitivities; and being fragrance-free, they are particularly compatible with delicate skin, giving a sheer, natural, flawless coverage. Further, our makeup unlocks the therapeutic properties of zinc oxide and the natural sunscreen provided by titanium dioxide.
(GOT THIS FROM THEIR WEBITE http://virginiaolsen.com/about-us/)

So here are some mineral eyeshadows that I purchased, starting off I picked three beautiful purple shades that's great for alluring soft contrast colors :
LEFT - RIGHT
Winter Orchids, Raisa, Lilac
Next I also picked three shades that I prefer for more highlights for my eyes and even for a bit of highlight to my face structures:
LEFT - RIGHT
Moonlight Star, Fairy dust, Tinkerbelle
For the last eyeshadow I got a dark brown shade that's perfect for lining my upper & lower lash lines.
CHOCO EYELINER
These mineral eyeshadows are sealed with plastic stickers that prevents them from falling out everywhere once you open each lids.
Now for each swatches of the mineral eyeshadows:
I noticed that from it's appearance they kind of have a shimmer/y side but the color is bold enough to be shimmer/y.
After swatching each shades I noticed that the eyeshadows are not too shimmer/y instead they have a sheer finish like not too less or too much but the color's payoff is absolutely pretty because it has a tiny tiny shimmer in it. For the lightest shade which was Raisa and the next medium shade which is Lilac and the last color was a darker shade which was Winter Orchids.
Each color has their own unique sheer finish and one small amount was enough to get the color swatch on the back of my hand.
Next I got these three mineral eyeshadow colors that I said earlier is great for more highlight points for your eyes and face structures like you cheek bones , brow bones and any where were you want highlights for your face.
The first shade which was Tinkerbelle has a sheer semi- matte finish while for Moonlight Star and Fairydust are on the sheer shimmer finish side.
For the last color which is the Choco Eyeliner :
First I thought it was going to have dark color finish to it but I was impressed with its color swatch it's not too dark and has also a semi-matte finish to it.

Now for my Final Verdict:

PROS:

Each mineral eyeshadow cost very affordable at Php 165.00 only

♦ They come in unique containers with a secured plastic stick ons that will help prevent the eyeshadows from falling all over the place.

Each mineral eyeshadows has no strange weird smell at all.

For the swatches they have a smooth textured finish.

♦ They don't fade.

♦ With just a small amount of product that's enough to use because of its bold color payoff and sheer finish you can build the color to achieve the color finish you want.

♦ It's versatile to use, you either use your fingers or a brush to apply the eyeshadows.

CONS:
NONE! :)

In cosmetics blushes are typically used by women to give color to their cheeks and give that glowing youthful looking appearance. There's about four (4) types of blushes that I know which are, Powder finish, cream, liquid and tinted blushes. But there's also the baked blush that I wanted to try out for my self. So I purchased three (3) baked blushes from www.theprimppad.com and these blushes are from e.l.f cosmetics.  Their website has a lot of authentic make brands to choose from with a cheap price, if your a beauty enthusiast then check their website, you can also follow them on their instagram @theprimppad .

Here's the blushes that I have purchased & I got 3 baked blushes:
MORE INFO about the Baked Blush:
Product Name: Studio Baked Blush
Brand: e.l.f
Shades:

(LEFT - RIGHT)

Passion pink, Peachy Cheeky , Rich Rose

Price: Php 168.00 per pc.
Net Weight:  6g
What does it do?
The soft and shimmering colour of our Baked Blush creates a natural healthy glow. Baked in an oven, these blushes offer rich pigmentation for a beautiful effect. The long-lasting formula provides a gorgeous, smooth and even application.

Directions:

Using a brush, apply to the apples of the cheeks for a subtle wash of colour. Or dampen a brush and blend in for a more vibrant effect. Build colour for desired look.

Ingredients:
Mica, Talc, Nylon-12, Aluminum Starch Octenylsuccinate, Ethylhexyl Palmitate, Paraffinum Liquidum (mineral oil), Triethoxycaprylylsilane, Dimethicone, Magnesium Aluminum Silicate, Tocopheryl Acetate (Ve), Simmondsia Chinensis (Jojoba) Seed Oil, Rosa Canina (Rose Hip) Fruit Oil, Helianthus Annuus (Sunflower) Seed Oil, Argania Spinosa Kernel Oil , Vitis Vinifera (Grape) Seed Oil, Phenoxyethanol, Methylparaben. May Contain: Titanium Dioxide (CI 77891), Iron Oxides (CI 77491 , CI 77492 , CI 77499), Ultramarine Violet (CI 77077), Manganese Violet (CI 77742), Ferric Ferrocyanide (CI 77510), Tin Oxide (CI 77861), Yellow No.5 Lake (CI 19140), Red No.40 Lake (CI 16035), Red No.7 Lake (CI 15850), Blue No.1 Lake (CI 42090).

For the packaging, the blushes are in their studio line which is very chic because they come in a black sleek boxes, and on the front you can already see the blushes.
Inside the box, they're secured with each plastic bases that's beneath them and this is to prevent the blushes from moving around the box and sliping out from the box.
Here's how the actual baked blushes looks like, they come in a black container with a plastic transparent lid. Each blush is formed uniquely small enough to fit on the container, because of their shapes they remind me like mini hills. But they're not too bulky looking they're actually thin just to fit for our makeup bags.
I noticed that these blushes were created beautifully because I can tell from it's appearance they are very pigmented.
SWATCHES:
PASSION PINK
For the first baked blush, passion pink has a mixture of deep kinda of bronze/ orange color
which I prefer using this on a summers hot days, because this will definitely give me that beach/y bronzed glow.
PEACHY CHEEKY
The second color which is called peachy cheeky , the color has a sun kissed peach color but a  bit shimmer/y. This I could also use alone for a sun kissed glow on a summer day.
RICH ROSE
For last blush which is Rich Rose, the color has slightly blue under tones with also pink tones, the color also consist of shimmers and also so pigmented. I could honestly wear this on a gloomy day because on cold weathers I wanna have those kind'a frost bites like your cheeks are freezing cold and just turns slightly pinkish.

FINAL VERDICT:

PROS:
- The packaging is professionally made
- It's not too bulky for your makeup bag
- each color is really pigmented with just one swatch of my finger
- each blush has shimmers in it to give you that youthful glow/y appearance
- Doesn't have any manufactured smell at all
- Price is affordable for a studio line blush

CONS:
- Each blush has minimal fall outs due to the shimmers in it
- doesn't come with a brush neither a mirror

Overall each blush has its own color payoff that's so beautiful for any type of skin tones. But it's best to apply the baked blushes with a brush for a lot more control, because they are very pigmented.

Will you repurchase the Baked Blushes?

Maybe, because i'm not a very big fan of blushes with shimmer's in it I prefer the powder finish ones because shimmer blushes doesn't look to attractive on me. But I love how each color creates a washed color for my cheeks.

Which do you prefer for your blushes Baked?Cream?Liquid? or powder finish?
^_^
