Paddle Brush Set | REVIEW

Hello everyone! I'm back with another review, today's review is about these paddle brush set. It's already been a trend to the beauty community and I wanted to have one for myself. So i searched through online shops were I could get me these paddle brushes. But honestly it is too much expensive for Authentic paddle brush sets to buy, which my pocket does not agree on. (hehehe ang mahal kasi eh!) So on to plan B is to find authentic ones but a bit cheaper. Luckily for me I was on instagram and I found the paddle brushes i was looking for. I got these brushes from Makeupdepotmnl on instagram. Go check them out for more goodies at their shop. I got these brushes for myself as a birthday gift and its way past my birthday which was on June 29. Just to let y'all know. :) Off to the review.

 PRODUCT INFO:

* The paddle brushes comes in 10 pcs.

* They came in a black see through box (see on top photo.)

* They don't have any specific name of the Paddles Brush set.

* The Paddle Brush set cost Php 1,620.00 + Shipping fee Php 120.00

Total of Php 1,720.00 only. 

* Each brush are well organized and packed from a plastic container (see photo below.)

On my first impression I was just so excited because they're actually soo pretty in real life. Plus each are well made professionally because from the bristles itself, they're well made round, from each tiny bristles, they are well made and super super soft. Each handles are made out of hard flexible plastic type of material.  

For the bristles they are super super soft because of each hairs of the brush is well made in tacked and the shape of each are round.  

 See how flexible the handles are? I was impressed with the elasticity of the handles. Meaning it will give me more control of the brush will working on my face or eyes.

 The brush set consist of 10 pcs. of different brushes but each doesn't have any names at each handles, so I decided to categorize them from the smallest ones first:

 So these are the smallest brushes out of them all, for my own opinion I think these would work on small areas that are hard to reach out like for concealing either contouring on the edges of the nose, and for more details like for the lips. 

Below is a close up view of the smaller brushes, and i noticed that both are different from their shapes. On the left side the bristles are a bit dense, good for more blending. While on the right side the brush has like a domed shape semi pointy bristles. For me it may be good for certain concentrated areas.  

 Next are these flat semi - dense brushes. There are 3 different sizes which are the largest one, medium one and the smallest one. One is bigger than the other one. On the top portion for my own opinion I may use this for cream contouring for large areas like my forehead, sides of my face and areas I want to contour. For the medium and smaller one which is on the bottom. I think they're almost the same but a in different sizes. For the bristles they are a bit hard which is good for cream products for blending onto the skin.

Next two brushes are almost the same as well, but these two has medium size one and a smaller one also. I think these oval rounded shaped brushes are best for more blending like liquid/cream foundation, cream/liquid contour. I like how these brushes are made from a oval round shape because it won't brush off any product that you'll be applying to your skin, instead it will buff the product to keep the blending nice and intact. For the bristles, also the same from the previous brush, but this is more softer.

The last brush is the largest one, and this is obviously for applying your powder foundation or buffing off some excess powder on your face. This was the largest brush among the 9 set. I love how cute this large brush comes in because even though that it is a larger brush the bristles of the brush are super soft also and intact well. No unwanted hairs sticking out of the brush. 

FINAL VERDICT:

* For the Price of Php  1,600 plus shipping fee, it's already affordable rather than the expensive ones.

* I only wish that they had names for each brushes so that for newbies to this like ME could determine the use for each brush. 

* For the quality it's a 8/10 because they are well made plus each handles has a great elasticity from bending it. Plus each bristles are semi-dense and others are super soft.

* No factory smell from each brush, which I like.

Other than that I'd give these brushes a 8/10, because not only they're affordable, they're well made, and super lovely, quality meets it plus meets my expectation too.

KJM Cosmetics Lip Cheek Tint | Review & Swatch

Hey guys! I am back with a another review and it's one of my current favorites at the moment. I am the type of person who is on the go and has minimal of time to get prepped and pretty, I have less time to do my makeup but obviously I really don't go out and have a lot on my face going on, just a typically moisturizer, sunscreen, Jonson's baby powder on top, brows (sometimes, pag sinipag gawin hehe!) and lastly lip tint and cheek tint as well. That's it nothing too special for my normal everyday.So I wanted to find a 2 in 1 lip cheek tint which will be my buddy through out my on-the-go rush. I was browsing through online shops and I saw this online shop which is the KjmCosmetics_metromnl through Instagram. They had these cutie Lip & cheek tint in one. Cool isn't it? ^_^ So I DM them right away to check out what shades are available. Lucky for me all 10 shades are available. Miss Pia (the owner of the shop) was too kind to assist me with my inquiries about the lip cheek tint. She offered me a set which are 3 pcs. only fo Php 400.00, soo affordable awsome! BTW, Thanks Miss Pia if your reading this ^_^.

I choose 3 shades which are Dolled, Girl Talk and the last one is Bittersweet Magenta. I got them after 3 days which I patiently waited for them to arrive since I live in Legazpi City , Albay. So here are the lip cheek tints look like:

Each lip cheek tint, comes in a small plastic bottle and has a roll-on application.

The roll-on applicators reminds of small perfumes that you can bring along. 

For each swatch starting from the lightest which is Dolled, next is Girl Talk lastly is Bittersweet Magenta. I already noticed that one swatch with the roll-on applicator brings a lot of product out. Plus the consistency tends to be like watery.But it's opacity is amazing even though its a bit watery the color is still there not fading but spreads a lot.

Once each lip cheek tint dried up I tried wiping it off with a facial wipe, and this how it looks, the color stained on my skin. You can tell from the streaks that it has left behind after trying to wipe to off.

Now to to give it a test to my bare dry lips:

SWATCHES:

Honestly I cannot tell which are my favorite among these three because they work so well onto my bare pale lips. 

PROS:

- Affordable, 3 for Php 400.00 only

- Longevity:  It lasts for at least 2-4 hours only from eating, drinking and smudging 

my lips more often.

- Does not transfer from trying to smudge it with a tissue.

- NO ANNOYING Scent

- A little goes a long way.

- Each Shades are so pretty in actual. 

CONS:

- The consistency is watery

- I hope it came with a sponge applicator for more control.

- If not careful, too much product could give more opacity color onto the lips

 (Parang kumain ka ng maraming ICE Drop hehe!)

- Try to be caution while applying this onto the cheeks because too much is not that pretty.

- It strained my lips after wiping it off. 

- Before using this , for dry & cracked lips like myself, exfoliate first because it bleeds through out the cracks of my lips. 

Other than that, I love these lip cheek tints because it's handy to carry on my bag. Plus I love the effect of having stained bleed lips, naturally looking for my everyday use. 

Will you repurchase? Yes. Because they're affordable and naturally organic made. Safe to use No harmful side effects after using them. Hope that they could make a better one with a applicator ^_^.

F21 Cosmetics Feature & Shades | REVIEW

Hey everyone! Welcome to another review, this time I'll be reviewing a palette from my all time favorite local cosmetics brand here in the Philippines which is F21 Fashion 21. So let's begin. Recently I purchased a palette from f21 cosmetics but this palette is called the  Features & Shades palette in short it's a 4 customized empty slots for single eyeshadows. But first for the packaging first. The palette comes in a black square chic box with their brand name logo on the center which is "FS" and beneath that is the name of the palette "Features & Shades". 

 Specifically on the side of the box it shows where it is distributed:

 The palette also cost P150.00 only

 The actual palette comes in a black chic matte plastic material but I love how it is really made like a from a high quality matte plastic material.Plus the brand name is on the top surface center of the palette.

 Beneath the palette you can already see the inside of the palette, which has (4) four divisions for your single eyeshadows:

Her's how the palette looks like, it has a big mirror which I really like because not only does the palette provide you from customizing the palette it has a mirror for you to use while working with the eyeshadows you have.

For the single eyeshadows I have a total of 5 single eyeshadows from F21 cosmetics and I bought each, because for me they're not just for my eyeshadows I can also use this for highlight and contour. To put my single eyeshadows on the palette, the eyeshadows comes in single containers and to get them to the palette underneath each palette you push at the bottom to pop out the single eyeshadow.

I like how my single eyeshadows fit securely on this palette, plus I can carry them on my bag when I need retouches or when I'm on events or on occasions.

Plus I also mentioned that beneath the palette are see through because under it you can see the names of the eyeshadows your'e putting for the palette. 

FINAL VERDICT:

Over all, I love how the palette comes in made with high quality material which reaches my expectations. I also love how it fits securely for my single eyeshadows, and also I like the fact that it has a large mirror for me to check and see how my shadows are working for my eyes or face. Last thing I liked about the palette is that I can see underneath the names of the eyeshadows that I use which is super super organized because I can choose and check what I shadows I need to use. ^_^

Zoeva Rose Golden Palette | REVIEW & SWATCH

Hello everyone! Today I'll be reviewing the Zoeva Rose Golden Palette. I bought this from a online shop one of my all time favorite from NU_U_BYJC owned by Miss Jacklyn Chong and she sells a lot of zoeva brushes and that's were I got my Sigma Warm Neutrals Palette. Lets start with the review, the palette came in safely wrapped with a bubble wrap that secure the palette safely while its been shipped to me. First thing that I noticed when I got the palette I was so amazed how the palette looks like, it comes in a rectangular cocoa earth/y brown color palette. It has metallic copper decals with a key printed on the center of the surface. Plus the name of the palette which is Rose Golden. I also saw how the palette weighs which indicates on the bottom right corner.

The actual palette has the same color of the card cover it has their brand name on the middle top portion of the palette and has a decals design and a printed key on the center and the name of the palette on the bottom middle of the palette.Plus at the back has the ingredients, net weight, where it is made and distributed.  

Here's what the palette looks like from the inside, it consist of 10 eyeshadow colors:

Again it has a key logo on the middle center of the palette:

The palette has a hard transparent cover, covering and protecting the eyeshadows which is a A+ for me because I want the eyeshadows protected in the side from any accidents I may do to it and it won't damage the eyeshadows. 

I noticed that there are (7) metallic eyeshadow colors and (3) matte eyeshadow colors.

CLOSE UP OF THE EYESHADOWS:

Looking from the eyeshadows love how stunning each look because in actual life they are so beautiful colors. Each eyeshadows also has specific names on the palette:

"Luster, Reflective Elegance, Copper is King, Shining Bright, Rusty Petals, Foil, Just A Rose, Golden Rule, Harmony, Wonder Full."

Couldn't resist getting my hands on the palette, so I had a few swatch on my fingers. I was pretty amazed how each colors that I swatched was super super pigmented with just one swatch of my fingers.

MY OBSERVATION:

✦The palette comes in a unique more feminine style, more like a greek princess  goddess     palette

✦The palette does not have a mirror on the inside if of the palette

✦The palette is light weight, it's not too heavy nor too light 

✦The palette is made with high quality material which I like the most

✦Has a hard transparent plastic to help protect the eyeshadows

✦Each eyeshadows are super pigmented, no fall outs, no chalky residue

FINAL VERDICT:

I love how the palette looks like, with its unique style , how it was made, but the only thing that concerns me is I hoped they'd put a mirror inside the palette so that it won't be too difficult to reach in every time for your mirror while applying the eyeshadows on the palette. I love how each eyeshadow has their own unique names, plus for each pigment these eyeshadows are super super super pigmented. So no doubt about each eyeshadows since there are (7) metallic colors, each doesn't have any fall outs at all nothing at all. For the remaining (3) matte colors each are also pigmented and doesn't have that chalk/y residue and fall outs also. For this palette I'd give this a 10/10 because its so gorgeous, perfect for any occasions to wear and give those eyes that glamourous fierce Goddess Look.

That ends my review I hope you liked my review about this palette, and honestly I am now in love with this palette because it has the colors that I can play around with and blend the eyeshadows to my own likings.
